Our Personal Trainers are highly trained instructors and have many years of work experience in the field of Personal Training, Corporate Health Sessions (Small Group Training), both indoor and outdoor.
Many of us also work as a physiotherapist. In this way we offer the best of both worlds when it comes to sports.
Via the mobile app we can prepare a nutrition plan for each employee, and our dietician can also provide personal advice.
With personal training you get my undivided attention, so you will get the maximum result from the training sessions. I am your personal coach and together with you I strive for a good body balance, a low fat percentage, high energy levels, a good posture and a strong body that makes you feel vital. I adjust the sessions to you so that we will reach your goals responsibly.
For a healthy lifestyle, healthy nutrition is indispensable and therefore diet plans are included in my personal training sessions. Are you rehabilitating or do you want to lose weight? I also have special personal training programs for you, such as rehabilitation training under the supervision of our sports physiotherapist and waste programs under the supervision of our sports dietitian.
You have the choice of personal training in the gym, outdoor sports or a combination of both. How about exercising outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter?
For personal training in the gym I have the facilities at Clubsportive on the Zuidas. After your workout you can use the wellness facilities.
If you prefer sports outside, I will take you to an inspiring and challenging location in Amsterdam. My creative and challenging sessions in the fresh air will not bore you. The outdoor personal training feels more like an outing than a workout and is just as functional as a session in the gym.
Do you prefer outdoor sports and team sports? Do you enjoy working out together, for example with friends, colleagues or your sports team and do you prefer to be personally coached? The bootcamp sessions of Far Sports offer you the best of both. We work with groups of up to 20 participants. For large groups there is the possibility to add our Sports Physiotherapist to the program.
And that’s not all. Every participant receives a diet plan that is tailor-made by our dietician. With our boot camp sessions you train on strength and condition. Everyone can participate at his or her own level, from beginner to advanced.
